Model Agreement & Deposit Terms
By making this deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and services provided by Marlena von Kazmier, also known as PMU by MVK. You understand that you are participating as a model to help build a professional portfolio, and you consent to the use of your before and after photos for promotional purposes. Additionally, you fully understand that this service is provided at no cost, and by proceeding, you are agreeing to serve as a model for the purpose of furthering Marlena’s cosmetic tattooing skills. Models also acknowledge and agree that the initial service, along with one complimentary touch-up, will be provided at no cost (excluding non-refundable deposit). Any additional touch-ups beyond this will be charged at the full price.
